The bánh xèo (Vietnamese crepes with pork and shrimp) counter in the middle of the main cooked food section inside the Tuol Tumpong Market is fast becoming our lunch spot. I start craving it around 10:30, and by noon I’m just no match for the temptation presented by their sizzling deliciousness.
